Peanut butter post workout smoothie

This superfood smoothie is an awesome post workout recovery drink. High in protein, omega 3, monounsaturated fats and potassium it will help to accelerate cell repair and ease muscle soreness.

Peanut butter smoothie

1 tsp. of Maca powder

1 tsp. of Chia seeds

2 tbsp. of Peanut butter

1 Banana

ΒΌ Avocado

300ml of Milk

 

Method

1. Add milk, chia seeds, maca powder and peanut butter to a blender

2. Chop up banana and avocado and add to the mixture

3. Blend all ingredients until smooth and pour into a glass to enjoy
