Peanut Butter Porridge

This wholesome warming breakfast will keep you full and fuelled until lunchtime, due to its high fibre and protein content. Oats are great for keeping your blood sugar levels balanced, which will help to keep sugar cravings at bay. My secret ingredient is Maca. This Peruvian powder will increases energy levels, stamina and has a wonderful malty taste.

1tsp. Maca powder

1 tsp. of honey

½ tsp. of cinnamon

2 large tbsp. of nut butter

1 Medium cup of oats

350ml of milk



  1. Add the milk and oats to a saucepan and boil on a medium to low heat
  2. Add in all other ingredients and mix together
  3. Stir regularly for 2 minutes or until oats are cooked, making sure the porridge doesn’t dry out. If they do add a little more milk to get a smoother consistency.
  4. If desired finish off with an extra dollop of nut butter in the middle of your porridge for a gooey centre.
