Today saw our very first in-house competition. Over 3 hours and 4 workouts our athletes battled it out to be crowned our fittest member. The competition was close and everyone gave their all but eventually Jordan Gilmour and Charli Swann won the show. The workouts were:
WOD1:
5 minute AMRAP: over-bar-burpees
WOD2:
6 minutes to establish a 1RM ground to over head
